Additional Information
Pricing is per person, additional people are $25/per person. Groups of 2-4 must book a minimum of 1 hour. Groups of 5 or more must book a minimum of 2 hours. Rates do not include studio rental fees or location permits.
Travel fee outside of Airdrie and Calgary area are $0.35/km.

Policies
Booking, payment, and cancellation policy.
Booking

A non-refundable retainer is required upon booking. The retainer fee is 30% of the final session cost (example: classic dance/movement package at $120 requires a $36 deposit at time of booking to hold your date). In the event of a cancellation with 24 hour notice, the retainer fee can be credited towards a future session.

Mini sessions require full payment upon booking to reserve date and time. In the event of a cancellation with 24 hour notice, the payment can be credited towards a future mini session.

Remaining balance is due before the session begins.

Additional photograph fees will be invoiced separately and are due before work is completed.
Payment
All fees can be paid via cash, or EFT to brimartin.creative@gmail.com. An invoice will be sent via email for all booking requests.
A booking is not considered complete until retainer payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
Any client who does not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of session will forfeit the retainer fee and it will serve as a cancellation fee. As previously stated, the retainer fee is non-refundable but can be credited towards a future session if the client cancels or reschedules the session 24 hours prior to the date of the previously booked session. Credits will remain active for 120 days. If the client does not reschedule within 120 days, the credit will be void.
Disclaimer
If Bri Martin Creative Media cannot perform this contract due to an act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties involved, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Bri Martin Creative Media fails to perform for any other reason, Bri Martin Creative Media shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
Model Release
A signed Model Release form is required for all clients. In the event of a group session, the client will sign on behalf of all attendees.
